Pool Table Installation
Assembly, shimming and cloth, for a table that is staying where it is.
Half the installs here are a table that arrived weeks ago and has been leaning against a wall in pieces from that day to this.
The visit takes it from that to playable: frame up and squared, bed bolted, seams filled and worked flat, cloth on, level set. Over a crawl space the last part runs slow, because a floor with a void under it gives a little and every correction moves the reading further down the bed.

The order it happens in.
- Frame and legs, squared and positioned with a cue's room all round.
- Slate down, bolted, and the seams filled and worked until a ball crosses them in silence.
- Cloth on the bed, fitted to the rails, pockets back in.
- Rails last, with the rubber inspected on the way past.
- Level taken bare, then taken again with the cloth stretched.
Stairs on an installation add $30. One piece slates go up or down only under certain conditions and for an extra charge.
What finished looks like
We here at Jacksonville Pool Table Movers guarantee all of our work. If you use our services and feel that we did something incorrectly, or that your table is becoming unlevel, we will come back out to fix the issue. This is good for six months after your service is completed.
Our normal appointment times are at 8 or 9 am and 1 or 2 pm. There is an additional $30 fee for any job that starts after 5 pm, on a Saturday, or on a Sunday. There is an additional cost of $30 if we need to carry the table up stairs on an installation. On a home to home move we do not charge extra for stairs on a three piece slate table, and we will not move one piece slate tables up or down stairs.
